Workout fads come and go, but virtually no other exercise program is as enduring as Yoga. It does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It’s a total mind and body workout that combines strengthening, stretching and controlled breathing that for many, results in a reduction of stress and anxiety and an improvement of overall fitness.
Hatha Yoga class is held each week on Wednesday in the 14th floor Conference Center between the hours of 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Students must provide their own Yoga mat. The cost per session is $10.
